phdrea Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdrea ("phdrea," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdrea online gaming platform available at https://phdrea.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phdrea, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the phdrea Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Individuals under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game on phdrea.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts on phdrea.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phdrea, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phdrea Platform for any reason.

phdrea reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phdrea may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of phdrea services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phdrea. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. phdrea employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phdrea reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdrea username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify phdrea immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phdrea will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Account Accuracy: You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your address, mobile number, or email — you must update your account profile promptly. phdrea may require re-verification of your identity following any material change to your account details.

Non-Transferability: Your phdrea account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All financial transactions on phdrea are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdrea supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phdrea's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phdrea account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. phdrea does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed by phdrea within the timeframes specified in the Platform's payment information section. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the identity verification process and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds. phdrea reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Same-Source Policy: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. phdrea reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures where the withdrawal source differs from the deposit source.

phdrea offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine holidays and events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: phdrea reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• Modification and Withdrawal: phdrea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

All games available on the phdrea Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered placed and confirmed once it has been accepted by the phdrea system and a confirmation reference has been generated. phdrea is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, phdrea reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

RNG Certification: All slot, bingo, and virtual games on phdrea use certified Random Number Generator technology to ensure fair and statistically random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective card or table game.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phdrea reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdrea Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phdrea, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to phdrea immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or unauthorized use of another person's payment account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services from phdrea.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdrea staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, and security systems.

phdrea is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

Player Tools: All phdrea accounts include access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay showing your net win/loss for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without phdrea's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any phdrea trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of phdrea's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

phdrea collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on phdrea, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phdrea collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. phdrea does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Termination by phdrea: phdrea reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Termination by Player: You may close your phdrea account at any time by contacting the phdrea customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 12, and 14 — shall continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdrea, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption or cessation of Platform services for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond phdrea's reasonable control.

phdrea's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdrea account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdrea reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phdrea will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. phdrea recommends bookmarking this page and checking it regularly.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and phdrea arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact phdrea's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phdrea will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the specified period, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
